No one wants to buy a cake or pastry that looks scrumptiously tasty only to take a bite and be disappointed. Sue Larson has trained for twenty years with some of the best cake artists and pastry chefs from around the world: Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sebastien Canonne M.O.F. owners of the French Pastry School, Oriol Balaguer, John Kraus, Ewald Notter, Pierre Herme, Norman Love, Jean-Pierre Wybauw, Nickolas Lodge, Bronwen Weber, and Lenotre Pastry School in Paris France. Sue has a B.S. degree in art education and a M.A.. degree in art with a set design and an advertising background. Sue creates edible art that tastes divine and memorable for your special day.
