All the cakes are iced in italian meringue buttercream made with plugra butter and flavored with white chocolate, grand marnier, wild berry schnapps, and vanilla.   Prices are $4.50 a serving including any flavor of cake and filling. The fillings are fresh raspberries or strawberries, chocolate ganache, carmel, lemon curd or mocha mousse.  Sue also bakes  kosher cakes and gluten-free cakes that taste great.
