Can rolled fondant taste good? YES, if made at le Gateau.  Sue makes all of her rolled fondant each week and flavors it with a raspberry extract, grand marnier or white chocolate.  The cakes are covered first in butter cream then the day of the wedding the fondant goes on each tier  and it is decorated. Your cake is then delivered to the reception.  Timing is critical and after twenty four years in the business Sue knows when and how to make it great. Pricing of the rolled fondant cakes start at $6.50 a slice.  Gumpaste flowers and pulled sugar ribbons cost extra.
