Sue uses only fresh raspberries or strawberries, chocolate ganache, carmel, lemon curd and mocha cream as the fillings.  She also bakes great tasting gluten-free cakes and kosher cakes.  Flavor is key to a successful cake.  You want your guests to say wow, compliment you on the great tasting wedding cake that you have given to them on your happiest day .
