All the cakes  at le Gateau in Columbus are iced in Italian meringue buttercream made with plugra butter and flavored with Valrhona white chocolate, grand marnier, wild berry schnapps, or vanilla.    The price of the cake includes any flavor of cake and filling. These fillings are fresh raspberries, strawberries or blueberries, chocolate ganache, caramel, lemon curd or mocha mousse.  Sue also bakes  kosher cakes and gluten-free cakes that taste great.  Fresh flowers come from your florist and we arrange them on the cake.  Gumpaste flowers cost extra and can last as an heirloom for generations to come.
